We are NOT a huge faceless corporation. Ogallala Bay Rum is a small (but steadily growing) business run by two families with a few dedicated employees who help us out as well!
It started in 2006 when the founder couldn’t find a bay rum reminiscent of his youth. After 130 versions created in the family basement, he came up with a bay rum cologne that quickly became one of the fastest selling bay rums on the market.
Obviously, we outgrew the basement long ago. Ogallala Bay Rum products have been sold in over 40 countries, a number of retail stores across the country, and in three national catalogs. The product line has grown to over three dozen products with more on the way. We’d love to have you as part of our story!

Our warehouse staff are highly trained to pack your goods exactly according to the specifications we offer. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being sent out. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers every day across different countries. This is a testament to our commitment to be the largest online retailer globally. These warehouses are situated in Europe as much as they are in the USA.
Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing periods in accordance with the item.
We will carefully examine all items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
We don't control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock after your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
You can only return an item if it is unused and is in the same condition when you first received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
