In 1946, Lad Jisa started a dairy farm outside of Brainard, NE with just a few Holsteins. The dairy now milks over 300 Holstein cows. Lad’s son, Dave, now operates the dairy that provides the milk for Jisa Cheese. This process allows the Jisa Family to control the inputs and quality of the cheese products they proudly serve to their consumer customers.

Our warehouse staff are highly trained to pack your goods exactly according to the specifications we offer. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being sent out. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers every day across different countries. Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing periods in accordance with the item.
We will carefully examine all items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
We don't control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock after your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
You can only return an item if it is unused and is in the same condition when you first received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
